What I do!
Instructional Design
Perform needs assessments, design, develop, and deliver great content. Afterwards, I analyze learning data and make data-driven decisions about the best path forward.
LMS Management
Also a hobby of mine, I've done LMS scoping, selection, deployment, and maintenance. I've worked with Moodle, Docebo, and Brightspace/D2L to name a few.
Training
Design, development, delivery, to facilitation - I love training for teams! Training is the only way to grow in a modern future-oriented organization.
Sales Enablement
Sales Enablement goes hand in hand with L&D. With years of experience on Sales Enablement teams, I love helping teams win big!
